You can actually eat foods such as: tuna, chicken, hamburger, pastrami, mixed nuts, mixed fruit, cantaloupe, pasta, cottage cheese, cheese omelet, and lots more. The diet follows an 11 day cycle and then a 3 day free period in which you can eat what you want, as long as it’s healthy. One of the downsides is that the meals can become a little boring, but you can be creative and change things around as long as you are within the calorie and fat guidelines.
